Coach’s Comments:  “Gerald has been a pleasure to coach.  He works hard and plays at both ends of the court with tremendous energy.  His academic load (18 hours) is challenging, and the competition at 2^nd guard involves 4-5 closely matched players this year.  It’ll be tough to earn playing time at his position, but I’m confident that he will dig deep inside to contribute as he did all last year.  Key for him will be his shot selection and consistency, as well as his ability to defend taller guards successfully.”
